The host is one of the most welcome person I've ever seen, and her family is lovable. We had a little accident in the city and they provided all the help they could. Gjirokastër is an adorable little town, quiet, welcoming, safe and clean, and this B&B is exactly like the town. The room was quiet and clean, the breakfast good and abundant, in a terrace with beautiful view. Possible to work with the laptop. It's like staying in family, but with the discretion of a private entrance.

Staying at Hotel Musée was a dreamy experience, as if we'd been transported to another era. We were offered an upgrade and the room was absolutely beautiful and charming, perfectly decorated and very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly to us and accommodated our needs. On top of it all, the views from the breakfast terrace are delightful and one cannot help but keep staring at the immensity of the mountains in front of us. Definitely recommend!

We stayed for one day and had a wonderful experience. The host and her family were extremely kind and welcoming. She greeted us with a drink and cheese upon our arrival, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The house was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had everything we needed and more. A place in harmony. with naural noises from cows and birds. This is the place you want to visit to be a part of ordinary albanian life in the countryside. There is no restaurant, but this lovely couple open their kitchen if you will fix your own meal or grill outside. The breakfast-you wont miss it……. the location is so beautiful, situated next to the castle of gjirokastra. it’s just a 10 min. walk to the old bazar where are all the restaurants and shops. the location itself is really clean and comfy, we liked to stay at denis house. they were so friendly to us even though we checked out way too late because we slept too long.
