House host is very nice, thoughtful and friendly. Great communication, lovely apartment and beautiful trail near by the property. The only tiny thing is wifi password is toooooooo long to type. Besides that, it just feels like another home. Many thanks for sharing such a wonderful house with visitors.

This is the best apartment hotel in Interlakken. The 2 bedroom is big with kitchen, cooking facility, dishwasher, washing machine and bidet in 2 toilets. There is a verandah with seating but we could not really enjoy as it was very cold. Location wise, only 5 minutes walks from Interlaken Ost station. The only lack is no bfast. Overall it was a comfy stay and would love to come back.

Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.

Excellent property, it has a great location, surrounded with shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Amazing view of the snow mountains. The paragliding landing spot is right outside the balcony. The house is well planned with high end technology. Very close to bus stations and train station. We had a very luxurious stay and enjoyed a lot. The hosts were very amicable and friendly and supportive through out our stay. Thank you for making the experience of Interlaken exceptional for us 😀 we will definitely recommend this property to everyone.

We received a free upgrade. It was very nice. I liked the breakfast - perfect coffee and eggs. It was do close to train station, I was afraid it will be loud but it was super quiet and we didnt hear any train sounds in the night. I liked rituals cosmetics.

The hotel is a few meters from the Interlaken West train station. I really appreciated the fact that I received an upgrade to a superior room type. Perfect cleanliness, comfortable bed and pillows, extremely kind and always smiling staff. The room was cleaned daily and the towels changed every day.
