I am 100% satisfied with the service at this hotel! They picked me up at the airport for free with a sign, which was such a pleasant surprise. At check-in, I received a room with the best view at no extra cost – and the view was simply breathtaking. When I had an issue with my suitcase, the staff arranged a brand-new one for me within an hour. Everything was just perfect: great location, fresh towels and water bottles replenished every day, and free Wi-Fi. I am beyond impressed and truly grateful. Highly recommend this hotel!

This is a very nice Hotel, there is nothing to complain about, we stayed for 13 days and had breakfast every morning we enjoyed every moment. The Hotel staff including the cleaners were always helpful and friendly! Just across the road is Wanda plaza where we ate every night mostly behind the plaza where more of the locals eat, we had so much fun. Once again this is a great Hotel and they will be seeing us again!
