We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely atmosphere, competent staff. Nice and large pool. Front desk is service oriented. E.g. Winnie Liang was extremely helpful.

The location is superb..close to city center and great views over river. The room..the facilities..the staff..couldn't be faulted ..all 5 star. Everyone ..the staff..very friendly and helpful with a special shout out for Joan Li and Tiffany. Joan awesome helper and good English. I've spent many years in china ..and Hainan too..and this the best hotel experience I have ever had!!!

Amazing! Make sure u have adress in Chinese and show it to taxi driver… really nice hotel, comfortable and good location! I will be back:) good breakfast . Pillows and blankets are the best ! I went to 100 countries and never slept in such a comfortable bed !
