From start to finish, our stay was perfect! The breakfast was fantastic, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. The staff deserves special mention, particularly Mr. Müller, who was incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. Even when I wasn't feeling well, they made the best out of the situation and helped is feel comfortable. This level of care is truly rare! The hotel meets all the criteria and even goes beyond expectations. Excellent location (central yet peaceful, right by the forest and across from the zoo), cleanliness, breakfast, kitchen, and fantastic staff. We’re so happy to have found such a wonderful pet-friendly hotel, where all our requests and last-minute issues were handled without hesitation. Thank you!

Very welcoming. I used this for an overnight stay during a long European road trip, and the location was perfect, just off the motorway. Enjoyable dinner and a good breakfast.

Very quit and comfortable, I really liked that the Rewe is just like one minute , I really liked that they put little treat on the bed (although I didn’t eat because I am Muslim and it has gelatin in it)but I really felt it’s nice ,and the bottle of water water was on the table very excellent, I loved it nothing to complain

This hotel is the best place where you can go for accomodation or for a relax or just to feel the atmosphere there. Everything is perfect. The food is so tasty, the staff is very polite, the swimming pool is great! We stay just for overnight before flight but it's more than worth to go there for relax. We booked half board and the dinner was 3course, very very tasty, the restaurant is very coisy and the personal was perfect too. The breakfast is very rich, high quality and good choice. There are 2 saunas and a roof-top swimming pool. The water in the pool is not too warm, but as outside was freezing - it was good. Just go and try this hotel - it's really more than worthy ❤️

The staff were amazing and helpful beyond imagination. The hotel is clean and friendly, the team couldn't be more helpful, they got us out of a predicament that could have completely ruined our holiday. I feel we met genuine people who offered only help and friendship without wanting anything in return. It is a 5 stars hotel, there is no doubt about that. Everything is very good. There is a champaign bottle in the room. The staff speaks French, English, German, and probably some other languages that I do not speak.
