1) Hospitality - Great customer service. Mr Parthiban at front desk went over and above to please the customers. 2) Food - Amazing options - South / North Indian / American and Authentic Village food as well.. Cannot get any better 3) Cleanliness - Sparkling clean lobby, elevator and rooms 4) Comfort - Bed was not too hard / too soft. Just right. 5) Travel - Uber and Ola are available in a jiffy. I stayed at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, GST Road, Chennai from 21st August to 6th September for business travel and had an incredible experience. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with excellent amenities, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. The housekeeping team, especially Alisha and Siva, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They paid attention to every detail, and their service was beyond excellent. In F&B, Dina and Himasha provided outstanding hospitality, taking the time to understand my habits and preferences and ensuring every meal was delightful. The food was consistently tasty and well-prepared throughout my stay. The hotel is located around 45 minutes to an hour away from Chennai's city center, but they arrange vehicles for any travel requirements, making it convenient. The staff truly care about making guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Highly recommended

Excellent breakfast & the dining staffs! Bit harsh on the arrival time to check in however they have a spacious lobby with sitting area & superfast WiFi. The shuttle service to the airport were spot on, friendly & polite driver!
