This little house is very cozy and very well equipped. We didn’t notice while making a reservation but the place has a gas grill! How awesome is that!

My accommodation was a charming little house entirely constructed from wood, with thoughtful and attractive decorations that created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The eating area followed suit, adorned with vintage decorations and decorative natural flowers, making every meal feel special. Having a parking spot right next to my house added an extra layer of convenience, simplifying my daily excursions. While the accommodation didn’t offer dinner during my stay due to the low season, this turned out to be a hidden blessing. It led me to explore the nearby city of Hofn, where I discovered some fantastic restaurants for my evening meals. This was by far the best accommodations we have had thus far in Iceland. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the entire guesthouse felt very homey and comfortable. Enjoyed the family touches, and learning about how the guesthouse came to be as with their expansions over the years you can tell how much care and thought has gone into building the guesthouse. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and affordable, which lead us to trying the dinner which was exceptional. Highly recommended.
