The hotel was spotless and very nice, keeping a hotel this big so clean and well kept is impressive. The rooms big and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was nice and well priced. The young lad singing durning our aperitif was phenomenal and made the evening even more enjoyable. Lovely pools with plenty of space for everyone.

Location is amazing if you are looking for tranquility - far away for city noises. Lorenzo is an excellent host and was very helpful with recommendations in the area, as well as arranging a very nice dinner with local cuisine (be sure to ask in advance - no restaurant). Room was also great, good size and with outdoor area directly on the doorstep.

Beautiful, rooms were large and comfortable. Restaurants on site were superb. The library/lounge was comfortable. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Loved the whole experience. Wine tour was amazing.

The hotel is excelent! Great location, near to Castello Banfi. The staff (Vitto and the waitress!) was very polite and helpful, we had few minutes to have something to eat and they made us amazing sandwiches. There is also spa included, very good. The bed was big and confortable and all the building very clean and beautiful.

Enza’s house was perfect for our overnight stop along the Via Francigena. she thought of everything you might need for a short stay in Tuscany. everything was clearly labelled and easy to find. she welcomed us with her English speaking friend Monica and gave us snacks and locally made drinks.
