Great hotel. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and tidy. They have a varied selection and the option of a gluten-free breakfast. The gentleman refused to charge us for breakfast. He is really very friendly and spoke English. The prices are normal and not usurious. Highly recommend if you're in the area. This hidden gem btw Vajont and Maniago is the perfect place to spend quality time relaxing in Friuli. 5 minutes from the centre of Maniago 10 minutes from Vivaro The owner (Sig. Patricia) was amazing, the cleaning staff (Super) the service staff ALL friendly and always smiling!!! A great place to spend your holidays. Highly recommand staying there.

I love everything about this hotel. First of all, extremely cute dogs and cats walking around the hotel. We slept too long in the morning and missed breakfast, but then got a table and food brought to us by the amazing staff. It's our second stay and by my opinion the best hotel in the area. It's clean, comfortable, cozy and a beautiful area. Very kind people working there.

The location was excellently situated in a leafy residential area and yet only a 5-minute walk from a fantastically nice town full of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was a good continental breakfast. Everything was fresh and constantly replenished. For Italian standards a very extensive breakfast choice. The hotel has a lovely garden with a fantastic swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. The pool was kept very clean. The pool also had a small terrace where she served drinks and a small snack. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, including when booking a table in a restaurant and advising where to buy wine. The room was kept thoroughly clean every day and the bed linen was changed very regularly. The room had good air conditioning that was easy and understandable to operate. In short, higly recommended!
