Hotel looked like garden. Rooms were spacious. Staff are very friendly and will guide you wherever to go. Toilet was spacious with bathtub, shower area and 2 sinks! Breakfast was not buffet, but a beautiful bento set! Will come again for the resort feel!

The amenities were amazing, I love ume konbu cha and think it matches well Mito atmosfere. The room was spacious and the chair on the work table was really comfortable.

Location is excellent, just 2 minutes' walk from the Katsuta railway station. Other locations like restaurants etc. were also reachable easily. The reception staff was extremely helpful.

The hotel is situated slightly off the main road, but this means that the place itself is very peaceful and serene. Apart from that, the hotel does try it best to stay ahead of changes, such as providing EV charging within its carpark. The room that we chose was quite huge and have a nice view of Naka River. Quite stunning indeed. The staff were very nice and helpful, even going through the extra mile to communicate using translator device to assist us in the check-in. The carpark spaces are ample so no worries about parking there.
