This was by far the best hotel in which I have stayed in my multiple trips to Iwate. Amazing customer service, overall cleanliness and amenities. Everything was brilliant. Fantastic value for money. Great food, awesome Onsens. It's very traditional though. Beds are Futon style and there are no showers in the rooms. You have to shower in the Onsen.
