The stuff was just amazing - we had a special request and they solved it in a great way. We travel with a larger group (24 people) and this was the only hotel on our 13 days trip able to handle everything (check-in in particular) in a very efficient way. Thanks a lot !! We will be back!

i like this hotel very much. the room is modern n cosy. nice view. service and staff is very good. easy access to shinkasen train to go to karuizawa. also near to Aeon Mall. perfect view when snow fall. have microwave at floor 2. laundry at floor 8.
