Location,amenities,Loved the little kitchen n the soft fluffy towels.Walked 2 mins down the road to grab a bit of milk.Didnt get to use spa bath but was very roomy.Would def book again.Great supply of coffe n hot choc for kids.

everything was perfect, if there was such a thing as a 6 star rating I would rate that figure, and Mel the manageress was so nice and helpful. when I hope to come back to NZ next year I will definitely stay here for a bit.

This was our 2nd time staying here at Frank's place. We love it. It is clean, very comfortable and a short walk to the beach. The pool, hot tub, and sauna are a real treat, and rarely do you have to share these. The breakfast provisions are very generous, even overly generous. Frank is a great host.Highly recommend.
