ALL Staff were courteous , always greets guests consistently. They even go out of their way to ask if you need assistance or how was your stay. You can borrow plates and utensils and reheat food you have ordered with them. Minibar supply provided is free, the only time you need to pay is when already consumed the initially provided. ( 3 cans of fruit juices, 2 cans of beer, 2 peanut kisses). Water is free althroughout. Very calm and relaxing place. Perfect for those who wanted to unwind and wanted a quiet place to stay. Food was ok. Amenties were good. There are activities that will make your stay enjoyable. NVR transfers and tour partner is great. They were welcoming and very polite during our tour. Our room has a great view of the ocean. Pool was clean. Overall its the best hotel we have stayed in even compared to other 5 star hotels in Manila and resort Cebu hotels we have tried.

Immediately upon entering we were made to feel like VIP guests, a warm welcome from all the staff (who were phenomenal throughout and went the extra mile), fresh calamari’s juice and a cold towel, and a private lift to our villa. We were delighted with our initial room, however shortly after we arrived we were given a free upgrade to THE BEST VILLA on the property, which had the most beautiful interior, all the amenities and more, as well as a beautiful private pool. The location was remote, but everything you could need is onsite, including one of the best restaurants on the island.

We all (group of 10 people) loved staying at Best Western in july 2025. Me and my son stayed for 10 nights and enjoyed it very much. The staff is super nice, everybody is so friendly and ready to do anything you ask for. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, right by the sea and so many restaurants and shops all around.

One of the best hotels we ve been in our lives. A perfect start for us... We started our 3 week holiday in Bohol. Their lobby area view... It talks "welcome to Philipinnes" I said to myself. A dream came true. Everything met our expectations and beyond.. exceeded our expectations i would say... The beach, the food, the message, the spa, the location... Worth every money spent here. Free kayaks. Perfect for a morning jog... Happy hour till 7pm. Very good portion of meals ( being Maltese we like to eat a lot). Special thanks goes to butler Paul for his patience, dedication and hospitality skills. We will return in the future for sure.

They ensure you receive fair deals at regular prices, thanks to their excellent connections with local service providers. The whole team at BE Grand made our stay so enjoyable. From pick-up at the airport, check-in in our villa, accommodating personalised requests, nightly sweet treats for us to enjoy in our villa and smiles from everyone around the resort. We could not fault Neil (our butler) along with Darel (another butler), Kevin (F&B) were superb. Our thanks also goes to Ms Kathy (Front of House Manager). With a few comments and feedback regarding our stay, she made the remainder of our stay incredible. We appreciate your efforts, generosity and the care we received from you and your team. Thank you!
