The building where the apartment is is located close to the lake (ca. 100 meters) and castle Landskron (ca. 1.5 km). If you have a bike, in one day, you can visit the castle (an MTB bike is welcome) and make the 28 km circle around the lake (Ossiacher See Cycling Tour - R2 and R2A). The apartment is renovated, comfy, and cozy - you can find all the kitchenware you need if you plan to do your own cooking. Besides, the owner left for visitors free coffee pads (there's also the coffee machine) and tea bags. Really nice welcoming gesture :) Also getting in contact with the owner who handled the keys was fast and simple. Plus, you get to park for free in the building garage - or outside the building if you prefer. If I summarize, it was a great experience.

We liked everything about this property! The styling & furnishing of the whole complex has been done very tastefully. The room was spacious & the bed was comfortable. The view across the lake & mountains is stunning. The food in the restaurant is creative & beautifully presented. The staff were very helpful (the diner menu was only in German, so the waiter went through the whole menu, giving us the English translation. We were able to charge our EV overnight. The spa facility looked great, but we were only there overnight & didn’t have time to enjoy it.

Another aspect worth highlighting is the friendliness of the host, who was always available to assist us and ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Their helpfulness and attention really made a difference. The apartment was very clean, good size and has almost all of the things that travelers would need. It is very closed to the train and bus station. Lots of restaurants and grocery near there that are easily to walk to. The host is very responsive, nice and kind. He thought of things such as: chocolate, coffee ... etc that shows he cares about people. We would love to come back when we stop by at Klagenfurt again. Do not hesitate to book the place. You will not be regretted!
