The breakfast was very good with a choice of 4 pre set menu and every table has an amazing view of the ocean. The Ocean views from the balcony of the bungalows are incredible and there is an hamac where you can relax besides there are some seats and table where couple of times we enjoy a beautiful dinner. The kitchen is very well equipped if you feel like cooking and they even had excellent wine glases to enjoy a great" SALUD" The host Ximena which welcomed us when we arrived made us feel very comfortable and gave us many good tips about the Island ,Gracias Ximena.. Also Andrea who was the person that I was in contact before we arrive was very helpful and it inspired me to choose this wonderful place. This was a family trip for me my 3 sisters and my mother and we all felt the warmth of everybody that works there and most important they treat my mother Gloria like a Queen. Muchisimas Gracias.

The hotel's location is very central - on the main street with plenty of shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants around and just 10 min walk from the airport. The venue is really beautiful with its own garden that idyllic and has many tropical fruit trees. The room was of decent size, very clean and comfortable with own balcony overlooking the garden. Plenty of common area space to relax with water available everywhere. We also appreciated the "Honesty Bar" where we could get any drinks or snacks on our own and just write down what we took that was billed at the check-out, including the Nespresso coffee. All the staff were very nice and welcoming, we also got the tour and some history of this hotel that was the very first accommodation many summers back. Many guests previously mentioned dogs on the streets and roosters in the morning, they did not bother us at all... after all, this is how the island is! The dogs are everywhere on Rapa Nui, not only on the street of the hotel and they are very friendly and relaxed. The roosters are more or less the same. The communication before the arrival was very useful with good advice and suggestions. The tours we booked with the hotel in advance also were great and had good value. Overall we definitely would recommend this hotel to stay at. The farewell gifts also found nice place in our home.

Beds were comfortable . Staff was extremely helpful . Value was great too

Hotel La Perouse is cute boutique hotel. They organized transfer from and to the airport. When we arrived st the property Paula was waiting for us outside, explained us everything about the room, their timetable for breakfast, showed us everything on map and explained what is worth to see and to do. Made good recommendations about everything we asked for. Paula is great 😊 Breathtaking ocean view at breakfast spot.💕🌴Loved it. Breakfast choice was amazing, Paula prepared us very good scrambled eggs, lots of fresh fruit, and lots of other things to choose from. House keeping is the best I’ve ever seen. Everything in the room and in the bathroom nicely folded and put in place, chargers stored, cables all rolled, etc. I was very impressed! Great location, minutes away from main street, walking distance to Ahu Tahai (best sunset spot)/25-30min, good restaurants left and right from the hotel. The staff was wonderful!! It is such a nice family- run place. Reception was so helpful in giving recommendations and were very welcoming.
