Everything was exceptionally good at the hotel - particularly the staff. Our of all hotels I've stayed in Egypt I found their staff to be the best.

Staff was always asking feedback and taking actions immediately! They were all smiling and positive. The room was clean and the entertainments are good enough! Facing the beachfront, Steigenberger Resort Alaya Marsa Alam - Red Sea - Adults Friendly 16 Years Plus offers 5-star accommodation in Coraya Bay and has an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private... The resort really blew me away! We had such an amazing time and the experience was truly exceptional. The food, service, pools and entertainment were all great. The dive center on site made it so convenient and we really enjoyed our instructor. If you're not into diving they also have really great snorkeling on the property where you can see a diverse amount of fish and coral. I highly recommend this resort if you want to relax and spend a few days diving. We really felt like the resort had so much to offer and will be back again soon. They also went above and beyond at every meal for us and helped celebrate my birthday.

Facing the beachfront, Grand Palace - Couples only 18 years plus offers 5-star accommodation in Hurghada and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private beach area. 1) Check in and check out was very efficient, fast and easy. Front Desk staffs/reception were very friendly, helpful and patient to answer any quiries. Would like to thank especially Mr Taha for his helpfulness and assistance. Staffs very responsive and quick to act. 2) Was given an upgrade for my booking to the pool access. Great view, great pool, welcome fruit basket and drink. 3) Room is spacious, clean, well decorated with 2 comfortable beds. Room Wifi is excellent. 4) The entire hotel is beautiful, quiet and relaxing since no family kids, with multiple pools, pool bars and lovely sandy beach. Multiple restaurants to choose from for your dinner meals. 5) A wonderful place to eat, drink and relax with the all inclusive package. Stayed 2 nights which was too short but could not extend because fully sold out during this period. 6) Only about 15 minutes to Hurghada Airport from Hotel. Very safe to walk around in the area. 7) Excellent cocktail- mojito and Mocktail- Florida which we like the most. Great Chocolate Ice cream as well. 8) Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again when in Hurghada because is serene, quiet and relaxing without much noise due to couples 18 only policy which is great.

Incredible stay and excellent service. After a long journey and a long Christmas marathon back home, we were ready for some quality time. This Resort was outstanding! We relaxed at the beach with coffee and snacks and walked through the garden until we hit different restaurants for the evening. Thank You to Hanna specially and the rest of the team!

Service was exceptional! The staff is very kind and also the management, Mr. Mogib, was wonderful. They really listen and will do everything to give you a great experience! Even my birthday got celebrated. The Spa is amazing as well, my masseuse named Reem, really knows what she was doing and was very kind as wel. I booked 3 massages and 2 scrub because of it! At the buffet restaurant you had so much choice, and it was very tasty! Also here the service was great! 10/10 for me for service!! I will come back!

We recently stayed at Jaz Aquaviva for 5 days in May and had a wonderful experience! We booked a room with a pool view, and everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly, and our son had a fantastic time playing with other kids and guests. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The aqua park was a highlight—our son absolutely loved it, and we were impressed by how safe and well-organized everything was. In the evenings, the entertainment team kept the atmosphere lively with fun events and shows that made our nights vibrant and exciting. The food was extremely delicious with plenty of variety to please everyone’s tastes. We also loved the lively, family-friendly vibe of the whole resort, where our son could play around safely and make new friends. If there’s one small thing to note, it’s that there were no elevators, but it honestly wasn’t an issue for us. We’d highly recommend Jaz Aquaviva to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and family-friendly getaway. Finally, we’d like to thank the entire team for their excellent work. Your dedication and effort truly made our stay memorable.

Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh is offering a haven of luxury, beautifully and ideally located in the heart of Sahl Hasheesh Bay, extending on over 600 m2 of private sandy beach, features blue infinitive... We've been in Baron Palace several times and definately coming back again! Best service in Egypt.
