Our stay at Rixos Premium Alamein was the best experience of our lives. Everything was exceptional — the food, the service, the spa, the cleanliness, the concerts — simply perfect! We even received a free upgrade to a luxurious suite although we had booked a standard room, which was unbelievable. The resort feels like a mini city, with a shopping mall, exclusive adults-only zones, family areas, beautiful beaches, and many restaurants (Italian, seafood, Asian, and more).

We booked for breakfast only and it was excellent. The staff in the dining room were amazing in their welcome, agility to keep the place clean and top shape. Ashraf, Amr, Islam, Saied, Ameen, Yousef, and others who served the area we had breakfast in, made coming to breakfast a great experience that we look forward to. The front desk staff with Menna, Mohanad, and others were friendly, professional, and courteous. Yasmeen with the animation team, who was cheerful and engaging, gave us an overview of activities held on site and gave us ideas to enjoy our stay. A big huge thank you for all the staff members, from the top management to every single position (grounds, golf carts, lifeguards, maids, gardeners, etc) who have met us with great hospitality gestures!
