There is a metro station nearby, a 2-minute walk away, which is well connected to the airport, and the bus station in front of the hotel. It is typical boutique-style hotel (hence the name), but with very spacious and well-equipped rooms (complimentary water, coffee machine with capsules, tea, ironing facilities...) The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in a room on the top floor of the hotel, from whose terrace you can see the Acropolis. The only minor complaint is the size of the breakfast room, but without affecting its functionality. Finally, the prices are also very reasonable for a hotel in such a location and with such decoration and comfort.

This is a great boutique hotel, at one end of the city, 20 minutes from city centre connected with all kind of public transports. It’s 68 minutes metro from airport, which is having a 36 minutes interval services. There are other options like bus or train + bus to reach airport.

Well situated in the centre of Athens, Okupa offers air-conditioned rooms, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a shared lounge. I loved everything about this place! This is one of the best boutique hostels I’ve ever stayed at. The bed, duvet, and two (!) pillows are incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the privacy provided by the curtain, as well as the convenience of having two power outlets (one usb) and a light for each bed. The dorms are really well thought out, with a locker featuring a code and a drawer under the beds for those who want to use a padlock. The walk-in shower with shampoo/conditioner and the provision of two towels (which is uncommon for a hostel) were fantastic touches. Free drinkable water, a kitchenette with a dining area, a spacious common area perfect for digital nomads, and an on-site bar and restaurant make the experience even better. I also loved the interior design and the vending machine stocked with organic and healthy products. The cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Ps. I slept in the 4 beds female dorm, but there are many other options as hotel, even junior suites!

Kipos Boutique Suites is situated in Heraklio Town, within 2.4 km of Amoudara Beach and 5.9 km of The Palace of Knossos. Great place! Super friendly staff with great recommendations for restaurants and cafes. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Great value for money.

NLH Mati Seafront - Neighborhood Lifestyle Hotels has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a shared lounge and terrace in Mati. Perfect hotel to stay if flying from Athens. Close to Raffina and airport. Very comfortable bed, nice breakfast buffe, pool and outdoor terrace with access direct to the beach. Nice area for a morning run along the coast and a few restaurants just steps away from the hotel.
