Beautiful view and decoration. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The food was delicious and healthy. The onsen is very nice and spacious.

Amazing accomodation, what a little gem! You can tell the host had put in a lot of effort for the guests. Outside it looks older, however the inside is fresh and looks newly done up. Self check in was easy, apartment was spacious and very clean. Host has everything you could need, and a manual to help you out with all the appliances and setting up the onsen. Easy to get to by train from the station or Nachi falls, and host sent me through the bus timetable just making out stay that little bit easier. Bikes were a big plus, was a 5 min bike ride for us to grab some dinner as we arrived late in the afternoon. There was a great selection of manga in English and Japanese to enjoy as well. Everything was very convenient and great for travellers walking the Kumano Kodo. Thank you very much for having us!

Located in Katsuragi, Sanso Amanosato features 5-star accommodation with private balconies. A hot spring bath is available for guests, along with an open-air bath. We really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was really welcoming the onsens are great and for private use. The food was amazing. The room had all the possible comfort you can imagine. This stay was not cheap but worth the money.

Situated in Hashimoto, Yadori Onsen Iyashinoyu features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a shared lounge, a terrace and a restaurant. The Onsen! It had private hours for inn guests. I also appreciated the clean, modern cabin. Yusuke and the whole staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, even offering a shuttle to and from Koyasan twice per day. Beautiful valley. there is a bridge that allows you to get down to the rivers edge to enjoy the water.
