Great location with multiple eateries and Woolworths nearby, as well as being on a direct tram route into town. The hotel is very modern, with friendly staff, comfortable beds and super-responsive maintenance man. Kitchenette was well equipped and we also appreciated being able to pick up extra towels and tea/coffee/detergent at any time when needed.

The hosts were very friendly, warm and kind. I had a late night check in (around midnight) and the property is so convenient because the location is 6 mins away from airport and i was able to rest right away. I also had to buy travel adapter because AU socket is different from PH and the mall is just few minutes walk. Jojo who assisted me at night also upgraded my room to deluxe. They also offer a transfer to the airport for a minimal fee. All i can say are positive things about silver house and would definitely come back if i had a chance.

Stayed here for a quick stopover and it was great! Super close to the airport, which made my early flight alot easier. The area felt safe and quiet, and there’s a shopping center nearby with food, movies, banks, and a supermarket—super convinient. Public transport is close too, so getting around wasn’t a problem. It’s not fancy, but comfy and budget friendly. Definately a good pick if you need a place near the airport.

Outstanding service from David and Vera. We spent 8 nights just hanging out after a long period of fast travels. It was the perfect place to relax, do laundry, cook our own meals at an affordable price. Supermarket market nearby enabled us to cook our own meal in the shared fully equipped kitchen that we shared with one other room. We had our own fridge to store our food.
