I booked a suite with pool view, but we got a fabulous ground floor pool view suite where pool and sand pit are JUST in front of our room!!! The room wasn't flawless but we all enjoyed staying in this resort! Btw, Mr. Mohamed Barakat was really helpful and attentive to us during our stay. I personally loved their welcome cookies 🤣

I was aware of the hotel's crisis before checking in and was prepared for anything. Upon my arrival, the atmosphere initially seemed quite depressing. However, Amr and Ali at the front desk were helpful, providing information and directing me to lunch while my room was being readied. The lunch, consisting mainly of rice, grilled chicken, and salads, was not exceptional, but it was adequate. My interest in this hotel was not for the dining experience, but for the coral reefs, which were the most impressive I had seen on this trip, having compared five different hotels. My room was amazing, featuring a large balcony with a sea view, and it was just 45 seconds from the waters of the Red Sea—a truly fantastic proximity. At the Siva Sharm reef, I encountered mantas, turtles, morays, and an abundance of colorful fish.
