Holiday Inn Express Málaga is the closest hotel to Málaga International Airport. It offers free parking and modern rooms with satellite TV and free tea and coffee facilities. - Price (a bit high but for this standard it was absolutely worth it) - Location (bus stops and gas stations nearby, only few minutes driving to the airport) - Morning food options (good breakfast, including an early snack available even from 4am, and also vending machines with sandwiches and other stuff) - Very nice and helpful stuff (they even proposer calling a taxi when we were leaving at 5am)

Very welcoming and helpful host! Ricardo provided useful info regarding places to eat etc. The apartment was comfortable, clean and quiet. Location was excellent if you want to stay near to the airport. We used public transport to get to Malaga city centre, it was quite easy, 30 minutes by bus.

The hostel was very clean, the bed was comfortable and private, bathroom was same. I found it hard to open Key Box outside the hostel to access key for entry. I also found the code lock hard to see. Only for a very nice Russian lady, staying in the hostel coming to my aid, I wonder would I have got in at all. For those reasons, I will not book The Welcome Hostel on my return journey.
