The staff were very pleasant The room was lovely. Bathroom very spacious and towels top quality. The pool was an extra bonus and a good temperature. Breakfast was excellent and a great selection both hot and cold. Dinner was also most enjoyable

Location and Transport

Bilbao Airport is located 6 miles (9 kilometres) north of central Bilbao, in the municipality of Loiu, Biscay. The cheapest way to reach the airport is by public transport. The Bizkaibus (Line A3247 Bilbao-Airport) connects the airport with Bilbao Termibus (central bus station), stopping at Gran Vía 79, Plaza Moyua and Alameda Recalde 11. The service departs from Bilbao every 20 minutes from 05:20 to 22:00, and from the airport every 20 minutes from 06:20 to 0:00. A taxi will to the city centre should cost around EUR 25, with a journey time of 15 minutes.
