Staying in Narcissus 11 was a wonderful first caravan experience. The caravan was immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen easy to use and well stocked with cooking utensils. Poppy left some biscuits, milk and there was tea and coffee in the kitchen which was nice to arrive to. The caravan is close to amenities and the inclusion of passes to the pool(s) was wonderful. Not having stayed one night we didn’t make use of the other amenities but it looked like there was a range of activities on offer for longer stays.

Everything !! The property was just wow and we are super happy that we chose this property as it is located in a central location with shops with accessible transport nearby. The landlady was so nice to us and the property was so well designed, with everything made attention to detail including cups, plates , dishwasher liquid , sponge and even Netflix!! We were sad to leave and shall definitely return to stay in this property for more days !!

The owners book you in and that is the last you see of them, its nice if you like the relaxed approach. The tent was lovely and had everything we needed for our short stay. The toilet facilities is another matter. There is 1 toilet and 1 shower for each the male and females. There were some that used the toilet to get ready for the day instead of their accommodation or shower room. This meant the 1 and only toilet could be out of action for over an hr at a time. This is not the place for anyone with a weak bladder.

We collected our new puppy and we travelled from South Wales, Porthcawl so we are use to tourists and caravan sites due to the busy periods, however as the season is coming to a close it was quieter . The site in general is spotless and the caravan always easy to locate. The weather was awful as we had been hit by storm Amy however a game of frustration and a KFC with the kids was great super cosy caravan with everything you need . They have made sure they supply everything you more or less need and it smelt clean and fresh . Lovely front porch area . Perfect for us . Hosts were great on responding to any enquiries we had and very welcoming .

We were in the area for a wedding and the bungalow was just perfect for our trip. The grandchildren loved the bunk bed room, the conservatory and the garden. Plane spotting was their favourite! The whole bungalow was beautifully furnished, comfortable, clean and very well equipped. It had everything we needed, and the thoughful additional touches like the food, wine, sweets and toiletries were very much appreciated. Safe off road parking and the quiet area were a bonus. We used the local fish and chip takeaway and Tesco which were a minutes drive or a short walk away. We found an excellent garden centre on the way to Parley Manor. The train station in Bournemouth was also just a 20 minute drive away.

Loved the circular riverside walk, straight from Heronshaw House. Nice on a hot day and great for dogs, one splash about area during the walk, and a decent length of walk. Think it was around an hour, including stops to take photos. Despite being close to the airport you rarely heard any aircraft noise. A hidden gem, yet only a short drive to all local amenities. The walk is easy and flat. So if you want a relaxing and peaceful break you will not be disappointed, without being cut off should you want more. A half hour drive to the Cliffhouse, at Barton on Sea, for some fabulous food, with lovely views looking over to the Isle of White and Hengistbury Head. The New Forest also only half hours drive away.

Loved the deck at the back which overlooked the river and a short walk away a country walk available. Could have done with some help to get our luggage up the stairs. But otherwise a charming place to stay. On a busy road but noise was minimal because of good double glazing.

The holiday park is a great place for families. We were out and about a bit, but if you are staying local, best to get the 'Golden pass' from the lodge owner (you pay a bit more) so that you can use the pool etc. Can't buy a drink or use the restaurant without the pass. Other than that, we liked the place and it was ideal for us. Nice to be near New Forest as well as not too far from the beach.
