It's 15min walking from the airport - the way it's a bit tricky but we git excellent instructions from the hotel. The hotel is nice, and you don't hear the planes even though it's right in front of the airport. Staff is extremely nice and friendly

The apartment was beautiful and very clean with everything we needed and more (laundry detergents). The kitchen was highly equipped, even with spices and coffee.

Extremely helpful staff !!! Even though our flight was cancelled last minute and we therefore didn’t make it to the La Rocca the staff was still immensely helpful and very responsive. Comforting in a chaotic situation like ours! I’d definitely book them again anytime! Also the English was flawless which made for no misunderstandings.

The good part of this accommodation was that the apartment was really close to the airport. We lost our flight and rescheduled for the next day early in the morning so that is the reason that we choose this apartment and because it was of the cheapest in the area. What we met was not so pleasant. There were still toilet papers even with blood inside the toilet bin, the pillows and the bedsheets where dirty, the glasse for the water had even lipstick on them and the apartment in general was not cleaned. There was a bottle of water inside the fridge ( tap water) which we never tried after what we had seen in first place. And all these for just 120€…!

Bergamo is the perfect jewel of a City if you consider ( as I do) Italy as a wonderful box of treasure. Not too big, not to small. It's smart and elegant, but fun too. Don't bother with Milan, too busy, too dusty. Come to see Bergamo, the Upper Town and the 'Modern' (1700's) lower town will keep you enthralled. Great shopping, super food, it's sure to please. My friends at the Bergamo Tourist Office in the high city will be delighted to help you. As for accommodation....check the area carefully before parting with your money! Booking.Com isn't always fair!!!! Look at private listings online, or even ask! But there are plenty of good places and honest people. I think the centre of town is the best place to stay otherwise you are going to be jumping on and off buses. Anyway it's a wonderful place and I'm not saying that because it's my home town!

Ideally situated for the airport.
Ideally situated for the airport. On arrival we walked (it's around 10 minutes), then took the shuttle bus for departure next morning as we had a very early flight. The room itself was of a very good standard. No hesitation in recommending.

I cannot fault the rooms and house it is in a lovely suburb but although only 15 minutes from the airport it is 30 minutes by bus to Bergamo. The buses and trains are very good and regular but if you go into Bergamo every day it needs to be part of your budget. Approx. £5 per person per return trip. Having said all that I would stay there again.
