Location was close to the train station, everything was so lovely and clean. This was my sister and my first stay when we got into Italy- just a quick overnight- and it was just perfect.

Great place, literally 5 min from the airport. The host was super nice, Mauro I think is his name, he received us and show us the room. Big room with a queen and a single bed. Everything was clean. We only spend a night there and leave super earlier in the morning but I would recommend it if you are passing by and need a place to sleep.

It was priced very economically, yet was nice. The owner does not reside on-site so breakfast is do-it-yourself using high-quality packaged pastries, a refrigerator filled with juices, yogurts, etc., and a Nespresso machine. The owner and her family went the extra distance to meet me at the airport and help me lug my bike box and roller bag to the property, and also help me return to the airport the next morning (the routine appears to be that the owner arrives on site mid-morning). They were very nice and accomodating, highly recommended if you need to stay near the Pisa airport and do not need fancy accomodations. The property is a converted house and appears to consist of 3 rooms for guests, and a common room + kitchen (which guests can utilize -- including the pots & pans, etc). NOTE: It seemed that my room and at least one of the other two rooms shared a bathroom. There may also be another room with its own bathroom but I cannot confirm that.
