I like the convenience of the hotel being right in the terminal. After a 8.5 hour flight, going through, immigration, baggage claim and customs it's great to walk right out the exit and to the hotel. The staff is always friendly and the facilities are spotless. If you come in late at night the last thing you want to do is catch and train and walk around looking for your hotel

Location was perfect for me, as I arrived at Haneda Airport at 1am and needed a place to spend the night. The staff were extremely helpful with the check in & check out process, and explained everything that I needed to know about the hotel, the room, how to use the elevators, etc. The room was very unique and beautiful, blending the typical Western-style business hotel design with traditional Japanese furnishings (e.g., 'chabudai' / traditional short legged Japanese dining table, shoji screens, etc.) There is also a Lawsons convenience store right next to the hotel entrance within the airport, which is super convenient for those late-night cravings. I also ended up adding the onset ticket to my booking which was 100% WORTH IT, highly recommend (it's open 24 hours)! Overall, it was a great experience!
