The hotel is in Lio Estate a few minutes away from the airport. If you are looking for a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby El Nido, this is the place to go. The hotel staff took care of us from start to finish and were very communicative even before check-in. They were very professional, polite and respectful and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. They also provided us with tour options and transport to and from the airport. Our hotel room was comfortable and had everything we needed. An added surprise was the free breakfast buffet. Many thanks to Jessa and Jeric and the rest of the hotel staff for making this a great stay.

The place was a perfect spot if you want to be away from the crowd and noise of the town also found out that there’s no traffic at all. My stay got me a free cup of coffee in the morning and the ambiance was so relaxing. It took me 5 minute walk to the beach which is one of the iconic place in El Nido and a must visit. All in all the place was clean and the staffs were helpful to all of my questions. They do also offer dirtbike adventures for those people who love to do dirt biking and explore more of the island. Happy that I booked at Lakwa Motel.

Bernard, family and staff are super friendly. Food was great. AC was working well. A bit outside of town but it is walkable and Pablo was an excellent driver to town.

Lio is another nice spot to stay.
Town is good if you like going out to eat, and see a lot of things
But staying in lio, nacpan or duli is also nice if you want a more peaceful, quiet time. even sibaltan would be nice (check out the manta rays if you dive)

El Nido has so many fun things to do, and we liked that...
El Nido has so many fun things to do, and we liked that while there were a plentitude of tourist options, we were not separated from local culture and activities that sometimes happens in other places. We were only there for four days, and we could have stayed another week. The beaches are beyond stunning, both the ones you can walk to and the ones that need a boat. The snorkeling was fantastic, the food options endless, and the vibe was chill and fun.

The nature is incredibly beautiful, just be careful with what you eat or drink. Better to buy only mineral water. And try to avoid to eat the food which is included in the island hopping for your safety.
