The location is perfect—close to the airport and right in the heart of the city. The hotel staff was very welcoming and professional. I really appreciated their helpful attitude throughout my stay. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the environment felt safe and peaceful. Friendly and helpful staff who speak English. We really enjoyed our stay here. It's about 15 mins away from the old city centre so it's nice and quiet. Rickshaws are just outside (and they helped me negotiate the price) so it is easy to get around (or just use the InDrive app) Highly recommended!

Destination Heritage Peshawar is a 4-star property located in Peshawar. Guests can enjoy city views. I recently visited hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room condition was extremely poor — it was dirty and had a very bad smell, which is uncomfortable for stay As a guest, I expected basic cleanliness and hygiene, but the standards were not met at all. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better maintenance and cleanliness for future guests.

While there is basic light and fan supported by the generator you cannot charge your phones nor operate the aircon and TV. Careem rides are also difficult to book in Peshawar in general.
