Choosing this hotel was the best thing we could have done! The best staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet, we were helped in every aspect. great swimming pool, for me the location is great, quiet, a bit from the center of Koror! I recommend it to anyone going to Palau!
When I come back, I will only go there!

Everyone who works there was so nice and helpful even for something irrelevant to the facility. The location is convenient, it is not too far from town and airport but not in the middle of the chaos.

Staff is very professional and helpful, especially Nien Tai. We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia.
Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!
