Located inside Jewel Changi Airport (outside of transit area), this property is walking distance towards Changi Airport Terminal 1, 2 & 3. Stayed for a layover and had a great time exploring the Jewel between flights! Yes, the room is small, but we didn't mind much as that's sort of expected in Singapore.

Extremely satisfied with the experience. Rooms are simple not as great as a hotel, ex no windows, views etc but still very good and comfortable. Easy access, staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was also good.

Located in the heart of Changi Business Park, Dorsett Changi City Singapore offers free WiFi and is just a 5-minute drive from Changi Airport. Love the checking in process. I got there around 9 p.m., and they quickly got me checked in and settled in my room in under 15 minutes. The bed was nice, and the room was cold once I set the temperature. Linens were higher quality as they kept us warm. The shower had a lot of pressure, especially the rain shower, which is rare. Breakfast was assorted, and food was warm. Staff was attentive, especially management, if they saw me waiting.

We arrived early before check in time and were very well received. We were upgraded to a better room and offered a later check out time for the next day which meant we could enjoy the pool a bit longer before taking our flight. Unfortunately we didn't try the buffet in one of the restaurants but it looked incredible.
