Service was really quick and prompt. Steven helped explain everything related to my stay, from check-out to even the amenities that I got! I also got upgraded from the shared nap room to a room of my own, and when I asked for an extension upon check-in, that was processed quickly on top of my original booking. The room I got was clean with cold AC, would definitely stay again! As for the lounge itself, the food was pretty varied, which is great since I could try a few different dishes. They were all warm or served fresh.
