Grand Hyatt at SFO has a fitness center and a bar. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi. I appreciated that the hotel gave clear instructions on how to find it in the terminal. Most hotels totally ignore this common-sense courtesy, or don't even tell you they have a free shuttle. The room was well--appointed and didn't waste bathroom space on a useless bathtub. The bed was comfortable and the linen soft. Decent choices for upscale or casual dining, and a good wine selection.

We booked this hotel because it was next to the Millbrae...
We booked this hotel because it was next to the Millbrae Bart Station. We attended the Millbrae Street Fair which was about 3 blocks away. A beautiful city, very clean. This hotel was very clean and attractive. Nice decor. We will recommend this place to our friends and family.

UBER costs $40 to travel from the airport to the hotel in the morning. Several restaurants are nearby. I recommend the sushi place near another hotel and the pizza two blocks away. Outstanding! Otherwise, there is nothing to see or to do, perhaps near 1550 hotel..

I liked that it was in close proximity to the airport and it appeared clean. I did not like the fact that there was a strong musty smell that was overwhelming at times. It made me uncomfortable, and gave me a feeling of uncertainty as to what was I breathing. It was an unhealthy moldy environment; not sure what I was breathing in while asleep.

My son left his switch in the room’s drawer, we called the Hotel immediately after we notice about my son forgot his switch, and was told to leave message for house keeping department, many voice message was sent, never get a call back from them. On our way home from Bay Area, we stop by the hotel, talk to the front desk’s manager, she is pretty nice, and took us to the room, and we check the switch is not there, and was told the house keeper may keep and the department was closed, manager don’t have the key to it, and she told us they will check their lost and found the next day, will give us a call back. Next day they call back and left the message stated that they didn’t find the switch, for sure the house keeping department they took it!

Was lousy there was only free coffee. For stay in such a high-end hotel you would’ve thought we would’ve gotten free breakfast a muffin was 5 to 7 dollars you had to pay for water you had to pay many dollars for a piece of fruit lousy customer service at breakfast specifically, I shouldn’t have to go to an outside restaurant to get my breakfast

Very safe location in San Francisco. Rooms are super clean and modern, well kept. Great value for money in a city where hotels are so expensive. Very easy check in and check out process and friendly staff. Lots of cute cafes and the beach/bay just a 10 min walk. Great area. Honestly, if you don't wanna be paying unreasonable prices for SFO and staying in perhaps the safest location in the city, it's here.

Very comfortable bed and room was just fine considering we were out all day exploring. Perfectly clean and that's what matters most. Great central location. Only a couple blocks away from Powell station which the bart brings you to from SFO airport.
