It was wonderful talking with Sharon, and Lennus was an attentive chef, cooking local food as requested. His homemade bread, Pina colada, smoothies and grilled pork were especially excellent. The view of the sea was lovely. It was located far from the regular tourist locations, so was quiet, and a good place to relax and unwind. The road to get there was sometimes quite rough and rocky. We had a nice walk to Brighton Beach (black sand.) The hosts made certain we knew the way by walking with us for part of the way.

Beautiful property a stones throw from a gorgeous black sand beach. Where the Host treats you like family. Perfect place to get away and relax. Cute beach bar to grab a bite at the beach in the host’s mom cooked me the most delicious Caribbean breakfast my first morning. I really had a wonderful time.

This property was definitely more than I expected. Because I have been used to coming and staying with family every year I come, I wanted to do something new. And I’m so glad that I chose this space, this location! I was more than pleased. It felt like home, but also a very modernized comfortable place to lay my head and also navigate the day. The property did not feel rundown. It was very clean and it literally made me feel like I was in a suite in a hotel.
