We had the most fantastic stay at Haven Mountain Retreat. The staff exceeded our expectations with their warm and attentive service. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start our days. The pool and spa, set against the backdrop of that breathtaking view, were simply wonderful. Everything was perfect. We liked the swimming pool and kids playroom. Also it was cool that you could buy tickets for everything in reception (sales included). We will come back again :-).

Nice appartment, has almost everything you need. The location is great - you can see mountains from your window, 7min by car to skying resorts in Zell am See or Kaprun. The host is easy to communicate and helful. Good and comfortable for family, recommended, good value for money.

Everything was perfect. It was extremely clean and free parking was available in front of the hotel. It was exactly as on the pictures. We would gladly return back in the future.

Excellent staff, who kindly upgraded our accommodation. We felt really pampered and cared for! It's a new building, and very modern and clean. Breakfast was lovely. The swimming pool, gym and spa area are beautiful. Perfect if you want to exercise or relax. Nice area, close to some hike start points and only a 30min walk to the centre of Zell Am See. We loved our stay. Thank you!

Excellent buffet breakfast. They also had gluten-free bread. Cooked vegetables were a highlight. The dry and wet saunas were wonderful.
