Staff members were very helpful and showed much dedication in their work. My room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen equipment was well maintained and stocked. Excellent WiFi connection and free parking in the basement.

The reception staff were super helpful especially Kane. Clean room and good size. The location was good walking distance to the esplanade, main shops and restaurants.

Friendly helpful staff. Great bar on roof at 16th floor, great place to relax in early evening, look at view and watch lightning storms. Rooms have good views, are large practical and clean

We left very early in the morning so did not have the breakfast, however we had room service dinner the previous night and it was delicious. It was so wonderful to be able to stay at a hotel that actually still has room service 24hrs and a restaurant. I normally book accommodation in Darwin city but the places no longer have room service and many have closed their restaurants. I won't be staying in the city again!

This apartment hotel was perfect in every way. It was quiet, clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you would need. It is opposite a shopping centre with good cafes. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
