I loved the location of the property, the view at the terrace is unbeatable. Staff really nice and always helping out. I would definitely stay there again, the rooms are bigger than expected and there's a lot of restaurants, pharmacies around the hotel.

Perfect location, near Plaza de España where there are 2 metro stations. Near Gran Via, the most famous road when you want to shop and enjoy the architecture of the buildings. The breakfast was really nice with a great variety of things to eat. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bedroom is large and has too much space to get comfortable.

BEST place to stay in Madrid! Malasana area is amazing as it is right next to the main street that leads to gran via and right behind is where all the trendy vintage shopping, bars and independent coffee shops. We walked everywhere and always found something exciting to see and do, location was perfect and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to stay in Madrid. The rooms are really spacious and decorated very well. Would definitely stay in this hotel again!

This contemporary apartment is in a great location in central Malasaña, Madrid. The apartment itself is very cool, with everything we might have needed - including a well-equipped kitchen. As a family group of three, the shared ensuite off the bedroom and the fold-out bed in the living room were not an issue. The neighbourhood is great, with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping all on the doorstep - and just a short walk to other central areas of Madrid such as Gran Via.

The location was very centrally located. We arrived prior to "check in" time and contacted the hotel about an early check in. The rooms were not ready; however the hotel went above and beyond to help us. Ramon met us at the hotel, allowed us inside and offered to store our luggage for us. He even moved it to our rooms, once they were ready - which was no easy task. We had 6 people, a lot of luggage and rooms on different floors. Thank you. His customer service was amazing, and he is a true asset to the company. Before, during and after our stay, the Sonder team communicated with us via what's app and their customer service was fantastic. The also offered to store our luggage on the last day of our stay, since we didn't have a flight until late that evening. Above and beyond!!
