I loved everything about the property . I particularly enjoyed the friendliness of the staff . There was a staff member in particular called Beatriz at the restaurant reception who went out of her way to be accomodating . She made us feel extremely comfortable . explained about the banquet , etc .Her friendly attitude was very welcome as we were both exhausted after a long trip and a little ‘foggy’ I loved the decor which was funky and welcoming . the suites were great as they provided additional space to relax . the free shuttle Service was also great as was the driver ( just lovely) and the reception staff were also lovely and informative.

Since I had a problem with charging the car, we did not have time to arrive on time, we were late and arrived at 2 am. The employee patiently waited for us and met us, showed us the parking lot, which was very nice. The room is very clean and equipped, everything worked perfectly, more like a small studio.
