The staff was very friendly and helpful. The flat was clean and spacious. Good facilities: Good kitchen, coffee, tea, small fridge, diswasher and washing machine. Comfortable beds and the apartment had everything we needed in general. The location was good, near the metro and a bus stop.

The staff was very warm and welcoming from the get-go. The room itself was very clean and cosy. The location was exceptional with Paddington Station being only a 15-minute walk away. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We were travelling with my wife and two kids and we wanted an appartement with a reception and where we can drop our language. And we were not disappointed! The staff was polite and obliging, the appartement comfortable and Hotel well placed in a posh street between South Kensington and Loan Square underground (10 min walk). Sansbury’s local and pharmacy next to it and a lot of nice restaurants. We will sure come back to our next visit in London
