The staff was very friendly and helpful. The flat was clean and spacious. Good facilities: Good kitchen, coffee, tea, small fridge, diswasher and washing machine. Comfortable beds and the apartment had everything we needed in general. The location was good, near the metro and a bus stop.

This is an exceptional apartment, with really lovely staff. We arrived late on a Friday night and the restaurant manager kept a table for us. The food and service at Oak and Poppy was excellent! We stayed 5 nights in London, and ended up eating at the restaurant twice! The apartment itself was beautifully designed and decorated. Lovely big windows and high ceilings. Beautiful furnishings, artwork and bed was very comfortable The hosts prepared the sofa bed, and left a bottle of wine and chocolate in the fridge upon arrival. Great hospitality! This is a really special place. Will definitely stay there next we are in London

The room and the bed were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and nicely decorated. It was very quiet and the climate in the room was optimal. There was a small kitchenette with 2 hobs, a microwave, a fridge, dishes and cutlery, a kettle and a toaster. Everything that I needed.
