I will start with the location. Very close to the train, very close on everything. The facilities, the cleaning were excellent. The bed comfortable, the amenities and the total building was smart.the bathroom convenient. The vibes was positive . The guys to the reception helpfu and friendlyl . As about the breakfast the best croissant that I had in Italy . If you go to como you have to try it.

One of the best experiences we have ever had! This place is something else- the location, rooms, staff, everything! I really felt so welcomed! Everything was thought of! I really appreciate staff- they were so welcoming, they asked about our arrival, leaving transfer etc. We wanted to know more about boat rent and they checked everything for us. Everything was clean, bed was super comfortable and the view- something like in movies! Swimming pool- cold, but the view from it, and that quality was 10 out of 10! There was amazing breakfast (also with epic view) fresh and tasty! So much small things that made this stay exclusive! If you ever want to be in a quiet and cozy place, feel like in some movie- come here! I was so sad to leave! I really want to thank all the staff- definitely coming back another time!

Great! Check-in was simple, following the instructions provided. Large room with a kitchenette – the fridge kept drinks perfectly cold. Comfortable, beautiful, new bathroom, with hot water available at all times, hairdryer, and bubble bath included. Quiet air conditioning ensures comfort on hot days. Large TV with a wide range of channels, fast and reliable internet. The trash can was emptied daily. Good communication with the owner, always ready to answer questions and helpful. Highly recommended!
