We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a tidy building. The rooftop terrace was a real highlight — with a small playground, comfy sofas, sun loungers, and a pleasant atmosphere. The beach is very close, and the 114–115–116 beach areas are perfect for families with small children. There’s also a shared laundry room, which is especially useful during longer stays. Parking in the area can be challenging, so it’s worth reserving a parking spot in advance. Our host, Domenico, was really kind, helpful, and flexible throughout our stay. We would gladly recommend this place for families with young kids.

Excellent communication with the staff, both online and in person. Really helpful, and very kind. We felt so welcomed, like at home. We were happy to discover that bikes are available (with baby chairs !!) , so we used them a lot to see around (stunning cycling paths along the beach). The location couldn't be better! Loved the proximity of local commerce and a good restaurant. Kitchen well equipped (new dish sponge, dish soap, nice pans, etc), an the terrasse is huge! Lovely play area for children at the property :)

Everything was great. The apartment is big and comfortable. Everything is clean. Owner is friendly and nice. The apartment is located near the beach. I would recommend it to anyone. We will definitely come back again.

The crew and the view was amazing. We get an apartment with a huge balcony, the View was breathtaking. Everebody was so helpful and kind. The bus stops were close to us. The flat was clean, and fully equipped. We loved so much there.

We rented a 24 sq m apartment for two adults and a 10 year old child. The apartment was very clean, very well equipped, interior as in the pictures on the hotel website, lots of lockers and a balcony with table and 2 chairs. Well equipped kitchenette, nice surroundings, great location. Very nice ladies at the reception who help in every situation! The Residence gave us discount on beach no. 31, which I recommend.

Probably the nicest place I booked via this platform! The apartment we booked was modern, had everything you'd need, very clean, had nice and comfy beds and the staff was lovely and extremely nice. The airport is a walking distance from the rental which was quite nice. You have the beach near by, and if you don't fancy walking- you can take a bus to the city center.

    Nice place with swimming pool on the roof with fabulous views. Beach is pretty close to the Wally and the beach is pretty good and clean. There are a nice supermarket and some coffee shops very close to the Wally what is the must for the apart hotels. In general - nice hotel in a nice town) Would recommend for families.
