Place is fantastic with great location. It's kinda middle of nowhere but that's what makes it so special. Area is quiet with 15 minutes drive to nearest shops in one of the most beautiful little towns you could see (Pitigliano) Luciano is just who we expected him to be. Very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is massive and with hot temperatures outside just perfect for cooling yourself down. It feels like visiting our grandparents house in best location they could ever chose. Well recommended and we'll definitely come back here again.

Loved the pool, the staff very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfy and the ping pong area and small gym was a nice extra touch.
