We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Sardegna. The villa itself was clean and very well maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing base for our trip. Our host was extremely flexible, even allowing us to check out earlier so we could visit an extra beach the next day. He also gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and boat rentals, which made our stay even better. Communication was excellent — he was always available via WhatsApp and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommended!

Clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable.

Beautiful garden, pool was absolutely perfect. Spacious comfortable apartments and very well equipped kitchen with a big fridge. Anytime something was needed, like extra wine glasses or a lighter, Gianfranco immediately helped out. The closest beach at Lido di Orrì was absolutely stunning and only 8 minutes away! Handy supermarket 2 mins drive from the property. Very happy with our stay!

Amazing atmosphere around the pool and in the garden. Our apartment was really large, perfect air-condition and cleaning service in the middle of our stay was really nice and surprising.

We had a truly fantastic stay! It’s rather quiet even with a roundabout 50m away, so we had a completely peaceful and relaxed stay for 4 nights. The apartment is located in a condominium consisting of 8(?) equal apartments, it is good size and offers great amenities: mosquito nets, wardrobes, hangers, power outlets by the beds, various lighting sources, smart TV, shelves in the shower, 24/7 availability of washing machines, a drying rack, terrace furniture, oil and vinegar packages, and many other small things that make a difference. The place is in close proximity to the beach, we stayed on the top floor and loved dining on the terrace. The pool was bigger and deeper than expected, it is spotless, they clean it with a robot, and the water has no smell of chlorine. The staff are very responsive, Laura is doing her utmost to provide for everything and keep the environment cozy and laid-back, and it all makes it a great value for money, especially if you compare it to Venice or Rome. The place is located in the outskirts or as we called it, the countryside, it does not have the glitz&glamour like the surrounding beach towns, and that makes it charming and authentic, better suited for quiet retreats. However, having a car is a must. It is true that the swimming pool hours are restricted and you cannot go for an evening dip, nevertheless, they assured me that they are working on it and next year, hopefully, they will be able to fix it or at least circumvent it. I might be up for a return visit.

Spotlessly clean apartment. Apartments are designed so each balcony feels private. The large balconies and verandas are not overlooked by other apartments. Air con fine. For a self catering accommodation it is great. Grounds well maintained and surrounded by mature trees and plants. Very pretty. There is an automatic gate operated by key fob which helps the site feel private and secure. The pool is great, again set amongst palm trees with plenty of sunbeds. The staff (Marco, Enrico and Carlotta) were helpful and friendly, communicating with us by WhatsApp before our arrival, and providing lots of useful information while we were there. It seemed like a great place to bring small children.
