It’s wonderful and the host was wonderful

The property is well laid out and comfortable. It is perfect as a base for overnight and quick meals. The availability of washing machines and dryer was a wonderful amenity to have after two weeks away from home. The staff were helpful, organized and very attentive. We would definitely use this location again. There is a grocery store on the main level which is very convenient for any goods that you might need. There is also a coffee shop at the entrance to the apartment complex so breakfasts are easy to acquire without leaving the complex.

Antonio was the most respectful host, the staff speaks English and the villas sleep 8 w a kitchen. Going out to dinner is great but just having some fish and pasta at home are great. You can do both, I will never forget this part of paradise that Cormoran residence in Villasimius is. Gratzie can’t wait to come back

Our stay at the Residence Le Bouganville in Villasimius, Sardinia was a beach holiday dream come true. We spent a delightful 10 nights soaking up the warm Italian sun and were welcomed by a staff that defines hospitality. The team was exceptionally friendly and ever-ready to assist us. Special mention must go to Fabio, who seamlessly managed our entire stay, the affable Sandro who served us diligently, and Martino, the creator of the most exquisite coffees and gin tonics - they truly made our stay unforgettable. The location of Le Bouganville is unparalleled. The stunning Simius beach, which is a mere 5-minute walk away, showcases one of the most breathtaking coastal views I've ever seen. Clear crystal water meets a clean, spacious beach, providing the perfect setting for unwinding and enjoying the serenity. Adding to the appeal, the beach is private, accessible only to Le Bouganville guests, thereby ensuring a peaceful and exclusive experience. Not only did we have the sun, sea, and sand at our disposal, but there were also handy facilities on site. The diligent Salvataggio guys were extremely helpful and kind, and the availability of arranged sun beds and umbrellas made our beach days all the more comfortable and convenient. If you're a foodie or simply love a beachside snack, there's one beach bar and two restaurants to satisfy your cravings. No need to venture far, they are right there at the beach! For those who enjoy exploring local life, the heart of Villasimius is just a 10-minute stroll away, providing the perfect balance between beachside tranquility and vibrant town life. In summary, Residence Le Bouganville is a gem for beach lovers and those seeking a peaceful yet fulfilling holiday experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this idyllic spot, and I can't wait to return for another splendid Sardinian adventure.

The room was perfectly appointed with the kitchenette that had everything we needed! Lovely pool and grounds, staff were all very friendly! Location was a convenient walk to the beach, town was a little further away, but walkable.

Good concept of few apart-houses around a nice swimming pool. Regular cleaning.
