The hotel is brand-new, luxurious and the staff is amazing. Braulio was available at all times to help us plan our trips. He provided us with a guide on the best places in Tulum (also the hidden gems which are not crowded) and rented our bikes, which made that we had a great time at Naj Tulum. The vibe at Naj is really chill and the view from the rooftop is very nice.

We did like absolutely everything! Great spacious apartment, cool design, very clean and great equipment - eg two AC units (one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom) to maintain nice temperature. The location is in the centre, but still quite enough for a good sleep. We felt absolutely safe in the area. Would not hesitate to recommend to a friend.

Amazing atmosphere. You feel like home when you step in. Staff was lovely and very helpful. Room was extremely clean and spacious. Although it was not directly in the city center there were plenty of nice restaurants just around the corner. One can easily rent a bike from the hotel. Fifi the cat was the queen of the place <3

Wow! What an oasis in the jungle, perfectly decorated and designed till the last detail. We had everything we need for our week stay in Tulum. Perfectly clean rooms, cleaned every day. Fresh water was refilled frequently in the apartment. Since it’s really hot in Tulum, you can find great refreshment in pool and ac equipped rooms. I absolutely loved my stay at Otonomus Tulum. It’s a peaceful spot surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the noise. The apartment was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly (great for remote work), and having a private pool was a huge bonus. The host was amazing—always available, kind, and full of great recommendations to explore the area. If you're looking for a stylish and quiet place with great value, Otonomus is the perfect choice. We were so happy to find this place. After booking another location and receiving a message from the host 3 days prior our flight saying the apartment is not actually available, we found Urbano and booked it last minute. And it was the best decision ever! Brand new apartments, great amenities and lovely hosts always willing to help. They offer cleaning every time the guests feel the need. The bed are perfects. The neighborhood is the best: next to the building is a coffee and breakfast place, 1 min away a 7 eleven and 1 shop. 5 mins away you can find a laundry service place named Clea lavanderia - good prices and service. The biggest plus for us was that 2 minutes away found an excellent restaurant named FIT A LICIOUS with good meat and fish, having the option to make the food GF, keto, vegetarian or vegan. On the opposite side at 2 mins away there is another delicious restaurant named Xibak. Pharmacy nearby, a spa in the back of the building and parking places available. Happy to spend here 2 weeks.

Perfect location and recent building. Close to downtown Tulum and yet super quiet, as the apartment’s balcony faces a small alley. A supermarket is just nearby. The Wi-Fi is fast, the bed and linens are comfortable, and the shower pressure is excellent. The residence is very quiet and safe, and the rooftop pool is perfect. Luis at the reception is fantastic, and the landlord is excellent at communication.
