I like everything in the kempinski, the size of the apartments 4 bedrooms, comfortable bed , there's Tv in each rooms , the cleaning every day , the swimming pool and the gym were great , And the staff were friendly.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The location is very convenient just next to the Bin Mahmood metro station. All in all we were very satisfied!

Nice staff , specially Ms. " HARRIET " , she did check-in , also the checkout, supper professional & helpful. gave us 2 rooms close to each other as requested. She did her best. All staff in general was nice, & helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Room was big, nice view, clean, really recommend this hotel for family.
