I have been in this hotel with my family The hotel was nice with great rooms We stayed in 2 room suite. Ideal for family like me . We were 2 adults and 2 children. The room: Vert clean and nice decorated with spectacular views and all the comftable amenities. Special credits thay they have the washing machine. No worries about kids cloths getting dirty :) breakfast: It had everything~ Facilities: Dont miss the pool in the top floor They provide you towers Staffs; Everyone proffecional with smile! Special thanks yo the servicr manager Imen!!!! Lastly i would recomend cause this hotel had the best value for money! I was searching similar hotels to stay with my familly and concluded to this. Our stay was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional hospitality and service we received. Outstanding Staff & Service A special thank you to Mr. Islam, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. His generosity in upgrading our stay free of charge made a huge difference, allowing us to enjoy our time even more. I also want to express my gratitude to Joycelyn and Joyce, the wonderful ladies overseeing the swimming pool and playground. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to my daughters, making their experience extra special. Another heartfelt thank you to Mr. Nezam, whose warm smile and willingness to assist every time we saw him truly made our stay feel welcoming and comfortable. Areas for Improvement While everything was great, one small issue we encountered was with the access cards. They often had trouble when placed with other cards. However, the staff was always quick to assist us whenever we needed help. A minor improvement in the card system would make the stay even smoother. Final Thoughts Overall, our stay at Kempinski was fantastic! The hospitality, service, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so special.
