It was amazing and comfortable. It felt homely to the point I thought "well I wouldnt mind living here for a while at all". This was mainly due to the decoration, cleaningness and amenities/facilities. It was also super quiet, private and good security (you need to use your key multiple times to get to your room). Right outside the building, there is a bus stop that goes almost everywhere and tram station is around 20-30 mins walk, which isnt bad. I liked the location overall. Some restaurants and grocery shops are within a few mins walk (2-3mins) and theres a shopping mall less than 15 minutes walking. Staff was super lovely and helpful. It exceeded my expectation as the price leans more towards the cheap side. Totally worth it.

Magnolia is probably one of the best places I've ever been, especially in terms of price-quality ratio. Good things: - Great location (3 minutes by foot from the station and the local shop). There are also parks nearby. - It's very clean inside, the apartments are new and comfortable - You have your own kitchen with all the necessary stuff: oven, microwave, coffee machine, and various utensils. - The room is quite large, the bed is comfortable.
